My New WBBB 1.1 DL

Wow! All I can say is WOW! My new Blackbird Hammock arrived Saturday and I set it up and just had to show it off. Man I really love this thing and I can't wait to get it out in the woods to see how it does. I am now a proud member of the Blackbird Family, it is totally different from all my other hammocks but, it's different in a good way.Hope you enjoy the video.

I have the exact same 1.1 DL. I love it! One little trick I have found is to zip the zipper up a little more before I get in so I don't have to reach to my toes before I close it up for the night. Also, while I prefer the Warbonnet products, Hennessy sells a Radiant Double Bubble Pad for $20 which is basically some bubble wrap between some mylar, but it is shaped just right for a hammock and fits perfectly between the layers. Of course seeing you are wearing shorts in late October makes me think insulation for you in Georgia might look like leaving your socks on at night that might be a little overkill

. Hey, coming from Canada (where I find the odd moment between polar bear hunting and igloo building to post on this forum) I'm allowed to naively think it's always hot in Georgia
