Any one have a suggestion for what kind of bug net to make for an eno. I don't really want to mod the hammock at all and have seen so many styles on here. Just wanting opinions on one over another. Thanks.

Head on over to D.I.Y. Gear Supply. You will find a few options.
Yeah josh, down here in our neck of the woods you will definitely need a bugnet. Heard of the first moosie related death today up around Jax. I'm not familiar with the Eno but there are plenty of bugnet threads here. I'm doing pipsissewa's TED version of hangnout's no zipper bugnet and Fronkey has a current thread on what I recall being a pretty straight forward bugnet. You can probably get thru the bug season just reading all the threads on bugnets but you want to be out there hanging.
Most of us end up poorer here but richer for being here. Olddog, Fulltime hammocker, 365 nights a year.
I added a ridgeline to my ENO and made a Fronkey Bug net for under $10.00.

Shablamo!
Hope this helps.

Awesome. Thanks for the help. No computer so searching via my phone is almost torturing. Lol. Old dog I've been a ground dweller since I was 5 ( scouts). So I'm used th bug season being year round here in the Florida area.
I wish I had seen fronkey's video before I made mine. I basically did the same thing as his video showed, except it took me a lot of thinking it through to build my confidence before actually sewing it. The video would have saved me some time and a headache or two. I made mine to have about of foot of extra material at both ends. After using several times I decided to trim it snug with the hammock. I ended up trimming it too snug. Then I had to add more netting. I would recommend keeping the bottom opening 5 ft in diameter. Any smaller and it is difficult to get in and out of. Also, when hanging your hammock it will make it easier to get in and out if you hand higher off the ground. I like having a bug net that can be removed in the winter. This works great.
