    Exclamation Which blackbird to get?

Ok I want to order a WBBB today but I don't know which one to get. I know I want the double layer for my foam pad. I weigh 162 pounds and I'm 5'11. Which should I get? Is the 1.7 overkill for me? Why, what would it hurt? Is it less comfortable? Should I get the 1.1 or whatever? A quick response would be very appreciated I'd like to buy it today thanks guys.

    1.1

At 162lbs, the 1.7 isn't likely to do anything for you. If you were heavier, I might suggest the 1.7 just to prevent any stretching, but at your weight it isn't really an issue.
    Trust nobody!

The 1.1 is the one I got and I am 185lb.
On the Warbonnet web site it will tell you the 1.7dlb will be overkill for your weight....

It usually takes about 2wks to ship..(but I could be wrong)
You might want to have a backup plan or contact Warbonnet to see if there is anyway to put a rush on it...

You'll be comfy in the 1.1. I had a DL 1.7 but lost a lot of weight and changed to the DL 1.1. Definitely lighter and smaller in the pack.

I'm 225 and I have a 1.0dbl (not made anymore) so you should be fine with the 1.1. As Cannibal said, if you weighed more the 1.7 wouldn't stretch as much (letting you lay flatter) but at your weight it wouldn't matter. Then again if you like bigger numbers (who doesn't?) then you can get whatever you want!

Glad to hear someone around my weight (215) has one that is not the 1.7. I am getting the 1.1 for christmas and wanted it for the weight savings. I like to backpack into places and if I can cut weight I will. No sense is carrying something that is not needed.
