I'm looking forward the the rest of the story.

Load lifters will def help with the whole pulling backwards thing. And take some weight off your shoulders.

Probably! I was leap frogging construction workers for about a mile who were chopping up the blow down on the roads. Everytime I passed or they passed they were on the walkie talkies probably making fun Ha!

After I ate 2lbs of the food the pack became really manageable and turned out to be very comfy. 25lbs seems to be the max comfy load for this pack. I'm probably not going the load lifter way for this pack.

Glad you liked the video. No I just kilt it. It's how I roll. Funny enough I was walking during the streets of Manhattan Sunday to get to Penn Station and I actually ran across someone who recognized me from my earlier hike April 2011 as he was on the trail. The kilt was a dead giveaway ha!
