Couldn't keep quiet about this one. I just had to say that Dutch has some seriously first rate products and top notch customer service... second to none.
I can't tell you just how impressed I've been with Dutch and the other vendors that serve Hammock Forums.
I'm very happy to be supporting American cottage industries that have unrivaled products and services.

I also have had great service with the vendors here on HF. They go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I love this forum...
one with tree straps. Had not had a chance to use them yet when I received an e-mail from Dutch: His in-house testing revealed that the 1" webbing did not meet his strength requirements and he was sending out a replacement set of straps.
Good fella, and deserves an honored place among the usual HF Cottage Industry folks.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.
I had a slight minor problem with an order recently, and Dutch bent over backwards to make it right. Being someone who works in retail I know mistakes happen from time to time, but how you handle them is what makes the difference... I'm a lifelong Dutch customer.
