    Preferred Prussic Cordage

I know that ideally prussics are made from something smaller than the rope on which it will serve but I'm curious. For those using small diameter (1.75 or 2.2mm) ridgelines, do you have a preferred cordage to make prussics? Do you use the same diameter? Something smaller? If so, what?

Sterling 1.5 mm accessory cordage on Dynaglide and Zing-It works great with 5 wraps.

I ran out recently so I started using mason line with 5 wraps. Works just as good.

+1 on the mason's line (use between 3 -4 wraps on zing-it 1.75 and Speer no Tangle) as well as Zing it.

Thanks. I picked some up today when I was out and about. I had had some twisted stuff that was about the right size, but the braided mason line seems much stronger and better at holding a knot.
