    TQ recommendations needed

Hey guys, I'm in the market for a down topquilt and would appreciate some advice. Ive looked at Storm crows website, and JRB-----very nice and just what I'm looking for---------before I make a final decision, I was wondering what other brands/cottage industries you would recommend? I like to shop around --------------also, does anyone have thanksgiving specials/sales? Any coupons or special "hamock forums" deals? Thanks!
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

I have a top quilt and full length underquilt from

    http://leighlounderquilts.webs.com/topquilts.htm

I have the hybrid 15 degree model that is only made by special request these days. Leigh does great work and I am sure that you will find what you are looking for there. They just release a new all down version of their top quilts and there is a video on the page details the changes.

    Cheers

    Brian

There is the JRB No Sniveler, and then there is the rest. Also, get the hood and ask for the collar mod kit for your down vest. Thank me after you use it.

You are very lucky! At this time, with all these great vendors here on HF, you can honestly not make a wrong choice. Can that really be said for many other items on the market today? I have a warbonnet Mamba which has been fantastic. I also have two Go-Lite quilts which I like but I will be adding a Hammock Gear TQ soon enough to set up my HG UQ's.

+1 for the War Bonnet Mamba. Mine is the 20 Deg model and it has an impressive amount of loft & warmth- I have seen the Hammock Gear Burrows also. They
look like a nice piece of kit. Good luck in your search.
