How about paying for a new one if it has a 2,000,000 ga life span? Sawyerproducts.com. Their little filter is based off of dialasis machines and are used to supply water to 3rd world villages. They have a few different set ups including a gravity fed bag system. That little bugger works great, unlike the bulky Katadyn gravity bag, which doesn't work and sucks overall. You can order one on Amazon.com even.
ill probably diy me a sawyer gravity feed system but i just need something quick and easy right now and someone offered me a MSR miniworks ex thats slightly used for 40 bucks so i jumped on it. and since i use nalgeene bottles it will work great
thx for the info though
