    DIY IX UQ with Hennessy

I'm sure someone knows the answer to what I'm wondering...

I'm wondering how one of these DIY gear supply pattern underquilts work with a bottom entry hennessy. I really like the simplicity and am leaning towards IX too make a tq/uq for my 3 season gear.

I want to make an asym version but my ambition is far greater than my skill or experience at this point with making gear. It would be a lot more fool proof for me to make an already tried and true simple uq.

Here's a link to a post about an small UQ I made for my HH - it sits obliquely, and crosses the opening about 6 " from the bit you sit on. If you put some elastic on that particular attachment, then it just pushes out of the way when you get in or out. All very easy.
