Testing My Underwear

Ok, That sounds kind of weird, but it is true. I was looking for a Down Jacket when I ran into Cabela's Down top and then I saw that they sold bottoms to boot. So I drove up to Lacey Washington to to buy myself the pair. When I got home I just had to put them on. Oh my what warmth.

So then I decided I had to sleep

in them outside. I used them and just my RAB top bag and a hat.The temp was 30 or less and I was toasty.
These pack down to the size of a loaf of bread. I am sooooooooooooo happy with these..... I really wish I had found them years ago.

I've seen them in their catalog for some time now. Do they feel constricing, having so much fabric? Or are they just something you bought to sleep in?

After hanging last night in this goose down underwear without a UQ in 30 deg I just think I might have lighten up my pack in the spring and summer time.
