    Ding dong....I've got mail

Package came in today from Warbonnet.

My WBBB 1.1 DBL and Superfly Tarp

    First impression = WOW

(full disclosure: haven't hung it yet and it's my first hammock)

Opened it up and my first impression: smaller volume-wise and lighter in the hand than I anticipated (weight is to spec).

Material quality is beautiful. Silky smooth. Exudes strength and high-tech. Ordered the olive green and it's a beautiful rich color.

Stitching and workmanship: all the fittings are top notch and the scale of them shows they were chosen by someone who knows the loads at hand. Oozes craftsmanship and wisdom of how these materials work together.

I can't wait to set this thing up.

Definitely heading out to Rattlesnake hang to have a look around and set it up in the afternoon - its 30 minutes from home. I don't have my top/under quilt yet so I doubt I'll spend the night.

If you are able to spend the night, post in the thread to see if anyone can lend you some insulation. Looking forward to seeing you there.
