Thanks Dragon. This is sadly my third attempt at snakeskins. The first was heavy duty tulle (ripped when pulled on), second was cheap walmart fabric ($5 but didn't slide on the silnylon) and these are Juuuust Right! I even added the little pockets for my guyline. I think I got the organizer right on the first try at least

Do you have a pattern for the ridge line organizer?

I like that ridge line organizer. The space in the center lends it's self to a lot of flexibility.
I too will something make and joy in it's making

I like that RLO... interesting choice on the fishing gear, if my eyes don't deceive me...

I have to admit I stole the idea for the open center pattern for the organizer from someone else who posted pics here. I can take some measurements and post them.

Yes, that is fishing gear. I couldn't find the mitten clips I wanted in Walmart and of course I wanted to be able to hang it right away Good eyes!

It is orange because I wanted orange snakeskins so i have at least a little orange on my setup during hunting season. I had leftover fabric.

One thing I like to do with ridgeline organizers is to make the pockets pleated so the expand some. I show that on one of my We don't Sew vids... I thinkit's the last one. They are very easy to design to fit your own desires and not difficult to stitch up. Adding a large center slot is a simple as making the backing two layers and adding a closure on the open side.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

"Bless you child, when you set out to thread a needle don't hold the thread still and fetch the needle up to it; hold the needle still and poke the thread at it; that's the way a woman most always does, but a man always does t'other way."
