Great report!
Great report!
Thanks for the great report. This is exactly the kind of trip I am dreaming of taking, if I could just find a little wilderness somewhere close by ... Thai national parks are a little crowded for my tastes. (frost would be good too!).

Surely, God could have made a better way to sleep.
Surely, God never did.
Very nice report. I love hiking alone (without other people that is). Haven't done a solo overnight yet although that is on the menu.
I was told there'd be no math on this exam. ~T.D.
Just sent you a friend request on here. I will be more than happy to let you know the next time I head up that way. Maybe we can work out a hike and overnight.

Great report and it is a wonderful area to get lost in when you are not particularly looking for anything. Glad that the decompression time alone did you some good.

these things always remind me of the verse in Isaiah (?:?) "I will lift up my eyes to the hills.."
Solos strengthen and enrich the soul. And it is a "Billy Jack" type of quest.
Glad you did and so are you it seems.

Great report. Glad you had fun, stayed safe, and explored inside as well.

Thanks for sharing. I've never been to Sipsey or BNF, I need to get out there.
I totally understand about needing some time to get away, be alone and recharge. I appear to be the only one in my family that does understand that. I also like that you put in the adversity. I find when I'm alone on such trips, I just roll with the punches much easier and it's just another part of the venture. I hope you took them as adventures, not problems.
