Excellent customer service and VERY quick shipping! I ordered "The Complete NKT" product from Sam late last week. I quickly ripped open the package upon arrival yesterday to find an excellent and comfortable hammock.

I will be using the NKT hammock on a full-time basis in my bedroom soon.
