Will it be a good idea as an add-on doors or has anyone made something like it for their BlackCat Tarp?

Sure, do a search for 'Grizz Beak'. 2Q/ZQ sell Grizz Beaks, and Warbonnet also makes removable doors that fit most tarps.
Either one is a straightforward DIY project.

Here's a thread where Jazilla posted plans and pics for his Blackcat doors:

I'm thinking something like the doors from HH monsoon/Typhoon. Single piece with velcro on its sides where you also go in/out http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/s...ad.php?t=40184
Aaaah - I should have gotten that from the "Blast Door" part Sorry, I haven't seen any like that.
Those shouldn't be hard, just have to set your tarp up and take a couple of measurements. Corner to corner, peak to corner and peak to however low you want it (add a bit to the width if you want to pull it out a bit for a vestibule). Cut the "kite" shape to size, cut the slit at the top, hem and add attachment points. Maybe make a trial run with plastic sheeting or just string to make a template. Don't forget to add seam allowance all the way around.
Just food for thought
