3 inch plastic looplocks

Does anyone know where I can buy 3 inch plastic looplocks? Quest, OWFI, Rockywoods, etc carry the 2 inch version but none of the usual suspects seem to carry a larger model. Thanks

or you could always just go see your local shoe maker/cobler/shoe repair shop especially one that specializes in sports equipment repairs, or try Ebay, some sellers carry them!
do they have to be plastic?
