I found that I had to enter the code FIRST. At the top of the order page, enter your code and click the "SUBMIT" button.

THEN, make your selection, add to cart, check-out.

Hey, thanks!
So, I went ahead and placed an order for a Squeeze set(3 bag). The website would not let me enter my state, but it took the order and generated a receipt. Now for the good part.
About 3 minutes after I placed the order Sawyer rep calls and says, "we received your order, but it does not have the state." I let him know that the website would not let me into that field so he entered it and said, "Your order will ship in 2 days."
