Santa's little helper has given me word on the qt that a MSR hyper flow is on the way. She also spied some other items that did not have my name on them but rather addressed to "For the general use at Spam Lake" whatever that means?

I wasn't lusting after any new hammocking gear, but I got a Swift Hitch back up camera system for the Aliner camper. Saves getting in and out and in and out and...

I just wanted to comment on the hilarious Sydney Santas on the roller coaster in the OPs message.

My Santa is dressed just like a UPS driver and he comes a lot throughout the year. So....I had to be nice this year. Just a new set of Black Diamond poles and a headlamp. My last lamp went "plop" in the river a few months back and my current poles are about 15 years old (figured it was time for an upgrade).

    Merry Christmas

So far Santa has brought me 6yds of Sil (read: new tarp), 3 yds of ripstop (read: new hammock), and somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 yds of M90 (read: new TQ or UQ). I treated myselt to a new Gorilla from GG and a second hand JRB no-sniv from a fellow hanger on here a few weeks ago. With the real Christmas festivities still to I am hoping there will be a few more surprises.

I also excited about some new video gear reviews after everybody opens their presents this Christmas

This is the first year I've been into hammocking, so santa's bringing me several things this year, so I hear. From what I've heard, I believe he has the following on his sleigh:

    8 #2 S-Biners
    8 small figure nines
    6 knotbones
    A 180' spool of lash-it
    A venom stove from smokeeater908
    A couple Imusa 12's
A new eureka sleeping bag (topquilt)
A KAQ jarbridge that I think Santa picked up from another forum member.
A WL bugnet that will be wonderful when it warms up here in the deep south
Oh and a brand new superfly, can't forget that one.

Overall I am EXCITED about this Christmas!

Just ordered an ENO double and bug net for my first hammock this morning. Now to get a tarp and I will become an official member of the Hanging club. Now where is the brown truck already?

Gossamer Gear LT3 hiking poles! An early present that was very handy on my trip to the Shining Rock Wilderness a few days ago. I love them already
