    Hammock pads

i have (2) or (1) 1/4 inch closed cell pads for my hh. i want to make an envelope for them out of cloth. i have a thermolite reactor from Sea to Summit bag liner i used to test. worked well. tag says 100% polyester, but it is thinner then most. what material is this and where can i get it?
laying on pads direct is uncomfortable. this helps in mild temps using bag like a quilt.
    any other ideas

Speer SPE, or a home made one.

Though the number one way to get rid of pad discomfort is to replace pads with under quilts if it can be afforded. Especially if you are not worried about a wet down UQ ( though you can also make a synthetic one-- a KAQ http://www.tothewoods.net/GearTestKAQ.html ) and especially if you don't feel the need to take a pad along any way as backup in case it is super cold and/or you have to go to ground for whatever reason.
