The hill does have some steep sections where running starts are helpful if it's wet, but if dry there should not be a problem. I've only been there a few times and in a car, and others may have better info for you.
Smokehouse would be the one with the best info.

Last year one hanger with a front wheel drive car took 3 tries to make it up. But maybe it was the canoe holding him back.

Motorcycles??? I personally would not want to take a road bike down / up from Kyles.It long and steep with gravel. I would take a dualsport.
