The inserts are not wrking that well...
Anyhow, we digged one hole at the center of 2 circles, of circle is 8 meter in diameter and the other is 10 meter...
The central pilar is one beam of steel of 6 inch by 6 inch and at least 3.5 feet deep in the ground, around 7 feet are coming out...
The other poles were place each 60 degrees at or 4 meter oer 5 meter by alternance to allow the hammock not to bump in each other....
Again we digged 3.5 feet for each pole of 3 inch section...
To make the cement hold on the poles we welded bars of steel all around at different height...
Here some more views of the process...
The hook to be of safe strength is drilled through the pole and welded back and front of the pole...
One view of all the holes...
Well, sorry about the small pics...
Here a few more, showing all the poles on place...
The crown we made to fix the 6 hammocks around the central pole.
And finally 3 hammocks hanging, ready for someone to enjoy the comfort of Batyline fabric hammocks...
Here we go, 6 hammocks are hanging around the pole...
Quite nice, if one person inverts to the other, you can relax, see each other and talk...
We will arrange the place with grass and deco in the next weeks...
Some sun shades will be added, what a perfect place to relax...
wow... that's quite a set up!!!
i've thought about rigging poles to hold 3 hammocks in my back yard.
i hope you'll post more pictures after you get the grass, etc in place. looks great!
I too will something make and joy in it's making
We need Ed to show up a day early for the hangout and have a setup like this in place before we get there. OK, maybe two days early.

...and there came to be a day, all too soon, that I became aware that I could travel no more on my long journey. Though I did not arrive where I had planned, I believe that here is exactly where I am supposed to be...
Nice job, TreeMounT. That setup is awesome.
Those are some cool looking bridge hammocks. You make those?
“Light thinks it travels faster than anything but it is wrong. No matter how fast light travels, it finds the darkness has always got there first, and is waiting for it." -Terry Pratchett
Yes, I was going to ask about the hammocks as well. Pretty cool looking.
"Civilization is the limitless multiplication of unnecessary necessities." - Mark Twain
“I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order.” - John Burroughs
Yep, they are made by TreeMounT...
The material is Batyline from Ferrari, French company, very strong material and excellent outdoor resistance...
We are looking for original ideas to use those hammocks on one tree for one side and on one stand we could manufacture and place the other side...
Those are hammocks to be placed on your backyard, the weigth is roughly 4 kg or 8 pounds, may be heavy to do a treck with those...
Very comfortable, we are happy about our new brainstorming area...
