My DIY hammock and my son

Yesterday I was spending time with my 4 yo. I have not got the material in yet to make our hammocks. I'm going to make me a regular size one and then make him a smaller one and use it as a gear hammock when he is not with me. Anyway, I put together a couple of hammocks using bed sheets Paracord and webbing. He had a blast. We hiked up a small trail and set them up. He was really upset when we couldn't camp out. I'll try to post some pictures later. It a pain from the phone though. Pictures show nothing but a smile on my sons face.

He loves to hike in the woods. Even though he can't go but about a half mile. I made his hiking staff too.

    He is all smiles

We couldn't stay the night because he had a ball game last night. Looks like he needed a hammock here.

He loves it. He just didn't like it going over his head. The sheet I used for his was a fitted sheet.
