I just received my first hammock, a Hennessy Explorer Zip, as a Christmas present. I started poking around this place a few weeks ago and have already learned a lot. I have spent one night in it so far and loved it. After messing around with the stock suspension I decided to upgrade to a woopie sling with dutch clips. (thanks JRB for answering my questions). I look forward to spending some time here.

Welcome from the Jersey Shore! Don't forget the NJ Winter Hang 2012 at Batona Camp. It doesn't look like winter wants to come to the Garden State, but some of us will be out in the Pine Barrens anyway.

Welcome Junior Member Wireedge! A great first post, truly! Hello from Nashville, Tennessee. Hope to "see" you on here often.

I have a HH A-sym Ultralite, which I had modified with zippers. It's my "go to" shelter these days when I'm ready to hit the trail.
