I'm new to hammocking but am a seasoned camper, are there places to hang at this location?

I might be able to make the Sat & Sun on either set of dates.

Can you give more details on the location?

Cphobes, This is a private property that my Boyscout troop has permission to use. We have permission to use it for Hanging on one of these two weekends. I am personally leaning toward the Feb. weekend but can still do march if that is the better of the weekends for everyone. This Album will give you an idea of what there is to hang. On a regular camp out there with the boys we will have almost a dozen hangers there.

After being asked to narrow down the time to one choice I have decided to go with just the Feb 24-26th weekend. This one works best for my family and I.
For those that might not be able to come this weekend but to the one in march I apologize. It just means we will have to schedule another reason for going into the piney woods. Oh darn.

I'm starting a new job and really would like to go in March, Feb is just to soon if you know what I mean.

I'm planning a short AT hike in April (3d/2n), will post the dates and itinerary here when my partner and I get our heads together.

Cphobes I wish I could do both weekends but I am out a little too much as it is with Scouts. So far I am out Three weekends in January a lone. So I have had to pick one or the other and Feb's dates are the best ones. We will just have to plan another one a little later in the year.
