Hello guys and girls!
Unbelievable but my screen name is my actual name. That simple!
a combination of my kids names.
My wife is Thai, thus our son is half Thai and we're raising him to be bilingual. "P" is what precedes someone's name if they're older than you. "Chang" (pronounced with a short A) means "elephant." When my son (two years old) sees an elephant on TV or at the zoo, he says "P Chang," meaning the elephant is older than him. Additionally, he has a stuffed elephant that he's had since he was born, and he calls it "P Chang." It's kind of humorous and I decided to use it as my screen name.
It's something my grandfather used to say when replying back to people he tought me always to respect nature and that I SHALLDO
Well I love boats, and go boating every time I get. When my troop went on a canoe trip last spring, my friend jokingly said to not tell "skipper" (me) what to do when in his canoe. "Skipper" then just stuck as a nickname.
My screen name is songdog. It means coyote. And yes I do, on occasion, howl at the moon.
I have a thing for dragonflies. I also have a thing for chocolate-covered espresso beans. One day I had too many chocolate-covered espresso beans and a good friend of mine dubbed me the Manic Dragonfly because I was hyperactively bouncing all over the place.
We try to keep these displays of overcaffeination to a minimum, but the nickname remains.
