I was once told in grade 12 that I my spelling was at the level of a grade 8.....thanks Mrs. Hargraves, now I know how to properly spell ceiling haha
I use Silver. It’s my dog's name . I don’t really know why I use this. … for good luck, I guess.

When I was pretty young I asked my cousin to help me make a mmo-account (it was maple story in case you're wondering), which resulted in me just sitting in front of his computer, trying to decide on a username, for what felt like half an hour. Finally his patience ran out and he just said "look, you take your first and last name, put them in a pot, stir, and you get Tobl, now get moving.". I thought it incredibly boring, naturally it's been my go-to screenname ever since.

We don’t live in a democracy any longer, we live in a mediocracy. Our media is creating and perpetuating a cultural trance that we all subscribe to. The task today for the person who wants to live awake, to be fully awake, is to break free of that cultural trance, that is perpetuating by consumerism, by mechanization. WE HAVE FORGOT HOW TO LIVE AN EPIC LIFE!
Mine is a dumb double entendre; it is both a grammar term and a reference to hammock hacking. My first naming attempt didn't make it past the registration process. For some reason GenerouslyHung never got activated by the mods. I guess there is some prejudice against husky hangers lurking around here somewhere.
Perfect quote. Love it.
My screen name is pretty self explanatory. I'm a small an veterinarian. Recently retired. Never had time to hammock camp but had the money. Now retired I have the time but not alot of money for all the gear. :-)
My screen-name is RedStix, because I am from Baton Rouge (Red Stick in French). I found that most sites already have the RedStick screen-name in use, so I've adjusted it a bit....
By the way, I am brand new to the forum and hammock camping. I was at a Webelos resident camp last week and met some Boy Scouts who were using hammocks. After a long conversation with them my son and I decided we'd like to give it a try. That said, I've ordered two GT ultralights and plan to give hammock camping a try this weekend. Wish us luck.

Good luck RS. Im a bowhunter. I shoot a recurve (Schafer Silvertip, RIP Paul) made by Dave Windauer from Montana. I picked Silvertip and the last digits are my zip code. If anyone bowhunts check out these bows. Outstanding! Im not affiliated with them, but love these bows! That is all.
