Originally, my pseudo-name came from a song by Squarepusher called "Dimotane Co." from his 1996 album called "Feed Me Weird Things". But I misspelled it. Oops.

Very simply its my nickname from work which I picked up during my training and has stuck ever since.
The story behind it is very simple, I was the oldest person on the course and as such I tended to take a more involved roll guiding some of the younger members so because it worked with my last name (Farthing) I became The Father of the group and its stuck where ever I go since.
My screen name was quite easy, it is my name, but it is also my gmail address - I find that simplifies things a little bit!

I had too many user names, too many passwords, so I decided to simplify. I went with my19, one of my first user names and certainly the easiest to remember. Basically, it's my initials and my handgun of choice from my days on a Glock bulletin board. I don't frequent that board these days, but the user name lives on.
Dankie is Thank you in Afrikaans. I spent some time in Aruba while growing up.
Surreal is actually short for Sir Real a knighted great great grandfather of mine and trip be my nickname
