What does your HF Screen-name mean?

One of the definitions of Spartan is "Courageous in the face of pain, danger, or adversity". I latched onto that in highschool and haven't let go. Sometimes I'm spartandes or some other derivative, but it's always spartan.

Hey all!

I'm a newbie from Denver. I've been thinking about getting into hammock camping for a while. My back can't take sleeping on the ground anymore. I have a heavy hammock at home and love to nap so I'm optimistic I can make this format work in the mountains.

Anyway, my screen name is a modification of the cyclist(mountain biker) verb, to bonk; run out of steam on the uphill climb.

mine has double meaning. i run a custom car business and build show cars that are made to drive. blt=built/ 2=to/ go. also i believe the blt sammich is one of the finest traveling foods!!

Trail name from my AT thru-hike in 2003.
