As geeky and nerdy as it is to admit, "Daemeos" [Day-Me-Oss] is the name of my very first Dungeons and Dragons character back when I was in high school 20+ years ago. Some friends and I played quite a bit back then and it quickly became a nickname [usually shortened to just Dae] and since then its what Ive used on most sites I join. Ive found one other guy who USED to use it, but I persuaded him to change his

Cheesecake because me and my brother used to work at the same restaurant in his nickname was beefcake. The Store manager was like well we have beefcake we might as well have cheesecake and it stuck. though I've not cared for it just stuck with me for 10 years now

I used to be "backpacking bro of beauty" because that's what I called myself and my clan of 2. However, now it's "I'm a hammock lover" because it's the only thing I could think of at the time...

    MagicPaddler

No the way I paddle is not magic. One of the canoes I love to paddle is a Bell Magic. So I am a Magic paddler. I thought MagicPaddler would cause less confusion then MagicLover.

the HK stands for Hunter Killer, ala Terminator, (or the old Fear Factory song, if your into 90's metal bands like I was in High school)

the 2001 was the graduating year of my highschool sweetheart (i was 2000)

I've been using hk2001, or hunterkiller2001 for 19 years now.. but I usually stick with hk2001.. sounds less intimidating, so I'm told

Rgr is short for "Ranger" as in Army Airborne Ranger! And my name is Brian!
