When I was a kid, 6 or so, I was out one day with my dad and saw what I thought was the nicest looking car I'd ever seen. I asked my dad what it was, and he told me a 1965 Mustang coupe. I was in love from that day on. I've owned two mustangs so far. Neither of them were the icons of the sixties, but my next one will be. Maybe, one day.

John Evan
I have learned if I put it in God's hands I can get through anything. it's not all enjoyable but I come out with a smile on my face.

Depends on whom you talk to. I like plants and talk about them when we're hiking (maybe too much). They also say I have a monkish side. In the woods is one of the few places where I really manage "to stop and smell the flowers." Monkshood (aconitum) is poisonous, and Van Helsing used it to drive Dracula away. Not sure if anyone had that last one in mind when they gave me the name. Anyway, I got it and it stuck. MH
I don't know why I used it for the first time. But it is basically my screen name for all my online forums. Guess it's the Mario Bros. part of my childhood.

Back when I was younger I'd go to SciFi conventions and I wore blue fox ears and a tail one year, just kinda use it as my online name now.

To put it simply, about 15 years ago I had a hammock hanging around 25 feet up in a grandfather live oak (hardly the safest place to hang), and someone refer to it as a squirrel's nest. So the nickname Squirrel stuck for awhile.
