I do laser shows, and I thought I was the best back in 97 when it was my first email address... It kind of stuck with me but maybe i should change it to a1laseroldgeezer

Tyroler Holzhacker means Lumberjack of the Tyrol Valley Austria. I chose it because it is a funny name that embodies the outdoors. and the German ooompah song Tyroler Holzhacker Bub'n is hilarious. Think of the scene from European Vacation where Chevy Chase is dancing in Lederhosen punching out Germans.. Good stuff, that. Also, I doubt this name would have been taken on the forum!

aa4012: 'aa' is my initials, '4012' is my telephone extension at work. Not too exciting. Maybe one day I will get a trail name and change my username to match!

I've always liked the idea of archery even before I shot a bow as a hobby. I was setting up an account and needed a username so I decided to come up with something I could use everywhere that would never be taken. I was also a student at Alabama at the time. I came up with CrimsonVelos. Velos is Greek for arrow. Using another language made it less likely the name would be taken and I thought it sounded cool. Plus it's a little less like green arrow where I got my inspiration for the name. So far I've not come across another CrimsonVelos.

I have been an HF member for some time, off & on. Grew up in the Florida Keys, hence the username "Islander". In the Mountains now. Never looking back. Love these Appalachian Mountains. Greatest place in the world to use my hammocks.
