My name has some nerdy history. Midge is my old DnD character name and the 14 is the last part of my work login that got tacked on after too many websites already had midge being used.

I was going to college in the Hudson River Valley, when the Interwebs first starting becoming popular, and the Hudsonhawk is the name for the wind that blows up off the river, and always loved birds of prey after watching a hawk take a robin down mid-air once.

Clyde was my nickname as a kid and subsequently every horse I've had since (6 as of now)

So nothing to do with the less-than-great Bruce Willis movie then?

"Less -than-great" Come on that is classic Bruce Willis as a singing cat burgular? "Bunny ball-ball"

I'm a alumnus of Southern Illinois University, down in Carbondale. The region is known as "Little Eygpt" and the Saluki - an Egyptian hunting dog used by the pharoahs - was the team mascot of SIU.

Mine's pretty easy I guess. SeBe is a weird abbreviation for my name, Sebastian. The NOR part is simply because I'm from Norway.

My son's name is Quin, and I'm his dad, so.... yep.

I emailed admin about getting it changed, but they haven't responded. Only reason is that I joined here before WhiteBlaze, and didn't have a "trail name" yet. My trail name is goathanger, which is as simple a name as my screen name here.... I've had a goatee ever since I was able to grow facial hair, and I'm a hanger. Plus, it's a nice play on coat hanger.

If admin doesn't respond in another week, I'll just make a new account here under goathanger so I'm all matchie matchie. And stuff.
Like thrash metal? Check out my nephew's band, Deathwatch. He's an amazing drummer... https://soundcloud.com/user-660860695

A pantologist is a person who studies all things. I love learning about new things every day and truly trying to master them as best as i can. I have always been a jack of all trades and I have always loved all things camping/outdoors. My new love is hammock camping.
