Not sure what you are asking. Are you referring to the "bury, the fixed loop, or how you attach it to your hammock?
My suspension on my HH is whoopie slings The forum member I bought it from dis the mod.. After I set the straps around the tree and toggle the whoopie slings, how do I tie off the slings to make sure they do not slip after I am in the Hammock? As you can tell I am very new to hammock hanging.

If the slings are too big for the diameter of the tree, just slide one end of the sling through the loop in the other end of the sling and yank it tight before you attach the whoopie. Is the bark of said tree smooth? A piece of rubber inner tube or strip of old rubber auto floor mat under your slings (between sling and tree) might do the trick.
What method are you using to toggle the whoopies to the straps?
Dannytoo, if your whoopie slings are slipping in a manner that causes the length to change, try 'milking' the constrictor part (where one line goes though the center of the other). Just take your thumb and fore finger and run them along the constrictor while applying tension and in effect like you are stretching it out. It should then hold your weight. I'm just not sure if that was the area you are having trouble with.
Sorry, I misread the question. Watching silly football game.
What is the length of the "bury"?
