Hancock Fabrics has 40 & 50% off until the evening of Jan 11th (wednesday). The typically carry Black, Navey Blue, Kelly Green, Purple, Blue, White, Yellow, and Red. Sometimes they have other colors. The sale goes the same for their camo. My store has woodland camo.

I got extra lucky and picked up a roll for a penny a yard. So I paid five cents, plus tax. I went through every roll with the price gun - no other penny yard rolls.
