Can you sleep on your left side in bed? Maybe a pillow in front and behind you to keep you from rolling?
I just had spine surgery and had to arrange something along those lines to stay sane.......or not go insaner-er.

I broke my clavicle (motorcyle) long ago and wished I had tried that.
Getting into and out of bed was the worst!
I would wait until 3-4 weeks of healing before I would try a hammock.

I broke my clavicle in a motorcycle accident this summer and pounded the stuffing out of my ancient self. Hammock was out of the question, but sleeping in bed with a few pillows to keep me at about a 30* angle worked well.
Love is blind. Marriage is an eye opener.
About an hour after I wrote my response I realized you probably live in a more hospitable clime than I . Heal well and ride on.
All these suggestions are good choices to try. Hopefully one of them will work for you. Dang things hurt like the dickens. I broke a rib coughing, yes coughing, over Thanksgiving. Still hurts.
The gene pool needs a life guard.
Get a Blackbird and flip around the other way, and use the footbox as a clavicle box.
