    Not Enough Room

So, the gear is coming in. TQ, Foster ridgeline cups, Steripen,
Amsteel, Zing-It, Golite Pinnacle, UQ's...etc, etc. Our little house
+ a family of 5 + Hammocking gear for 2 = NO MORE ROOM! Also, to keep
my costs down I'm DIY-ing some stuff. So I need some room to create.

We have a 10x12 storage room attached to our patio that is begging to
become a Hammock gear work and storage room. I'm heading out now to
get it cleaned out and organized so me and the boy can be ready for
    our summer camping season.

Thanks for all the help, encouragement, and learnin'. IT'S ON!!

    Before...

You have to take pics of the gear work room after you're done

    Good luck!

You'll need a few shelves for bins of misc stuff and fabric. A single shelf around the top of the room is a good way to get some storage without losing floor space.

Maybe a closet pole along one wall to hang Sleeping bags and UQ's... add some hooks for pack storage, and a shelf along the roof for bins and you're set...

that table looks great for sewing...

Don't you dare take that Texas flag out of there----unless its to raise at your campsite.

Wait till you really get into things I started this diy in June the past summer in my formal dinning room. When the Christmas holidays came upon us, I had to clean up my dinning room table, the buffet tables, and the dinning room in general. I tossed everything into our spare bedroom....which did look nice; but now it looks like this. So I have my organizing really cut out for me

Grand Trunk is now Gear Trunk

If you have a place available to hang a hammock from your ceiling, it makes a great place to loosely store all your sleeping bags and quilts.

I have redesignated my $12.99 Grand Trunk UL as a Gear Trunk UL.

I think in this photo there are at least 3 sleeping bags and 2 UQs.

    Agreed.

That room has a lot of potential!

That's the way my place looks only with a lot more olive green and camo.

I would have all the room anyone would want if I could get my daughters' and sister's stuff out of my basement. Nothing like taking things in while they move and still having it 10 years later.
