Paul is a good guy and I am sure he will make it right. I have ordered several times from him and have had nothing but good service

I agree, Paul will certainly try to correct any error made. Mistakes happen.
However, posting a public complaint on the receipt date (Saturday no less) does not really give him much of a chance to address it. Ditto on a five-ish Sunday morning followup.
Correcting this type of situation is where our cottage industries have really distinguished themselves with fantastic service. Give him a chance before sounding the trumpet.
Believing there is no way he can make this right by you doesn't leave him a lot of options.

yeah i agree i would have given him the chance to fix it... after years of dealing with many of the vendors here i found they will go above all to make sure you are happy... there are a few times my order was not right or was later shipping out and they always made it up to me ... all i ever ask is be honest and make it right and any time i had a problem they took care of me
and even sent along extra goodies for my trouble .... Paul is a good guy give him a chance to make it right ...
now if it is not fixed they yes i can see posting about it so others will learn from what happen to you ...
i think in the end Paul will fix it and you will be happy
