February Old Rag hike

Hey fellow hangers of Va. ! The NRV AT GUYS and the Flying Burrito bros are hiking Old Rag and Robertson mtn February 24-26! Anyone wishing to join us is welcome ! I'm putting in for the backcountry camping permit on February 1st ! Please let me know if you are interested and you can always send off for a permit on your own , and still hook up with us at the trail head!

Wish I could do this one but I will be out west working. Definitely down for a spring trip.

We will be hitting the road from Radford around 1:00 pm that gets us at the base around 4:00. Anyone going I'll get your # through pm and we can meet at the trailhead or if you get an early start we can meet you at the byrds nest area!

Im in limbo. UPS lost my top quilt that I bought. Waiting to here what there gonna do about it. Freakin nightmare. Hopefully Ill be able.to make it down, if not the next one for sure.

Sounds like you should have a great time. I love the Old Rag Mtn hike. Wish I could go, but I have a scout camp out the same weekend. Enjoy.

Still waiting on my permit ! If it doesn't come we will self register at the trail head! Nine of us going so far! Can't wait to summit Old Rag again! I'm excited I've never hiked Robertson mtn before!
