Another good re-purpose might be for a floormat. I know that I need something to put down under my hammock so that I can slip off my boots at night after a restroom break and not fill my sleeping bag with dirt and grass, or have my socks get all soggy.

I have already cut a pair! And made them large enough to act as a ground sheet in case we hit the dirt.
