I am thinking of picking up one of these tarps but I'm wondering if there is a way to rig the tarp in a hex configuration for times that you don't want to guy out the doors. Maybe clipping the doors to the four corners or to the ridgeline or maybe even asking brian to put a pull out o d ring in the middle of the inside of the tarp to keep the doors clipped towhen not needed. I'm wanting to keep it hex rigged most of the time and then pop the doors down for extreme cases/ beable to use the tarp for other non hammock configurations. Would the folded edges leak water into my shelter? What do you guys think?

you can just take the lines from the doors and tie it up on the tarp ridgeline until you need the doors. Shug shows an example of this in one of his tarp videos.
