    I also purchased the stuff sacks with the roll top at Wallyworld, the sizes are perfect for stuffing whatever, food, hygiene stuff, you name it. I saw some of the same bags last weekend at REI made by Sea to Summit for about 3x the price easily! Get 'em. Kayak Karl, how easy was it to rig up that gravity filter, I'm interested?

    If they are the same as the bags I found there they have a matress type valve for bleeding out the excess air. It should be fairly easy to remove the valve cap and attach a piece of tubing and then your filter.
