I'm new to this and I just ordered a Superfly. Is this cordage suitable for use as a ridgeline and tie-outs? I like the reflective cordage, it helps to keep me vertical.

I just got some of that cord from Lawson and it is really nice. I plan to do the same thing as you: tie outs and ridge lines.
Let me know how it works out buddy!

I got the same thing for my tieouts but not the ridgeline. They better not trip over that. His minibiners and stakes were fantastic.
I just ran through my 2nd hank of it to outfit my new 4-season OES tarp. My only gripe is that the sheath/core don't fuse that well (different materials). So, I just tie a knot in each end to prevent fraying. It works out fine.
It's a great cord. I used it on my tarp for quite some time. I Just recently swapped it out for a lighter cord. (It is a bit on the heavy side if you're counting weight) I'm now using bright yellow Zing-it cord which isn't rflective, but is very visible.
