    Agreed. Taking not just a design, but lifting the pics used by another manufacturer is a tacky maneuver.

    That's definitely bush league. They're in the UK, so I wonder what recourse you have.

    I looks like they're a Warbonnet distributor as well. I'd shoot them an email and see if they would at the very least credit your design, if not give you a small cut of any profits.

    ZQ here...Last night we decided for the moment, not to send any e-mails to UK Hammock...just to "wait and see". Well, this morning we received an e-mail from them. They have apologized and removed our picture from their website and replaced it with a picture of their bag. They offered to take the "tri-bag" off their website. I told them they didn't need to do that. Although their design is very much like ours, all peakbags are close in design.

    They asked for and we accepted their apologies.
