As with the others, it depends on what I'm doing. If I'm bike camping, i'll bring my bike repair kit, bike, hammock, tarp, an extra set of clothes (since I'm going to be dealing with people at a front-country campsite), dinner and breakfast (lunch gets eaten on the road), my cook kit, my emergency kit, my water bladder, my personal hygine kit, my first aid kit, and some sort of top insulation (it almost never drops below 70 at night during the summer down here in FL).
If I'm hiking, I drop all of the bike stuff, drop the clothes, and add my potty kit, water filter, lunch, and a pair of snacks.
If I'm car camping, I bring whatever the wife wants. Up to and including a tent with an air mattress.
