We did have a period on the new site where we didn't realize that people using Guest Checkout were having their emails sent to the word 'Guest' instead of their email address.I was manually forwarding them for a while, but now we've got it straightened out and you should receive three emails for your order: one for the order confirmation, one for the shipment confirmation, one for the invoice.
The emails definitely do go out because I'm cc'd on each one to verify that it works.
While we do have an 'official' cutoff of 3pm PST for same-day shipping, our warehouse does their absolute best to get every order that can be filled sent out on the same day it comes in (Monday through Friday). Your comments about the quick delivery times are forwarded to the team and they love them.
