    Smile d ring help

    They are the small plastic loops you find at the tie-out points on tarps. They are not the loops you would use on webbing for a hammock suspension.

    NO!!!! They probably would not hot 50-60 pounds if even that.

    nope.
    Not even these metal d-rings would work.

    For something that is going to be holding a significant amount of weight you need something that has a rated weight on it and preferably something without a welded joint like these anodized aluminum rings

    I have these rings from Arrowhead, but they are a little bigger than I would like. Has anyone seen rings that are 1" in diameter? All I would like to do is capture the hammock suspension, tree hugger, and snap a guyline to it. 2" is overkill.
