I got a 25d rectangle sleeping bag. It is synthetic so it packs bigger than id like but I've learned a few tricks from HF. I had my wife lay in the hammock and I pinned the spots I wanted to trim off. Sewed the lines where I wanted the edge to be and then cut a few inches from that. Cut the insulation close to sew line and cut the inner liner so I can glue the outliner over to cover the space. Sewed the zipper back on and gave it a try. Ended up having to open the space by the bottom for room so hammock could go through. The shoulders are a little tight but is it warm! The ffeet has to much material but will work for now until I can test colder temps. I turn the zipper to the side and pull some of it under my chin so I can breathe. Tests had to be done at night but pics and vid tomorrow maybe. who said DIY had to look good!
