    As an update, after changing the suspension to rings and straps there was no problem using the stand, get a perfect hang. Problem was the ropes wanting to travel on the top pole, the straps grip tight and don't slip.
    A three night trip proved my worst fears, I slept so well that I can't wait to get back in it. This stuff IS habit forming.
