I don't have much luck contacting HG through email, but they are always quick to return calls and answer questions via phone so I'll just have to go that route in the future. M90 pillow came today. It's perfect! I was a little worried that it would compress too much but Adam really stuffs it full and it provides the perfect amount of support. Looks and feels great too.
