Great way to make the quilt stay put. This could work on the Incubator also... trying it later today. Thanks for the video!

Great idea, good video! (although the music creeped my cats out--they ran to the windows looking for the Boogy Man. Like, "Hey! That's Boogy Man music!! ") Thanks for posting!

You're right Syb, especially helpful on an Incubator. It defeats the dreaded accordian effect. I heard that HG may soon be or already is doing something on the corner tabs like a cord lock to set the position of the quilt on the suspension. I've been looking at some cord locks that have coffee mug handles on the sides to allow them to be attached to a piece of small webbing or grosgain. I'd like to do a retro fit on all my UQ's.

I used this type of cord lock to do a Knotty Stretch-Side mod. I think they would serve you well in this situation.

EDIT: Shop around, those prices are pretty high from that link you sent. Check with Scott at diygearsupply.com or Arrow Head Equipment. If you need them quick EMS may have them.

I did see your Incubator video before but didn't try the mod yet. I'm typing this from my hammock with the mod idea from your Phoenix but I clipped on to the corner loops of my Incubator instead of the shock cord. Thanks for the great idea to help me eliminate CBS.

The only thing is that I've tried the corner loops ...and I found that it put unwanted stress on that sewn area....but by using the cinch shock cord it evens out the pulling load and pulls nicely in the middle ......and because you're using that whole cinch cord area your not stressing the stitching.
